How it works

  1. Share your shopping list

    Tell us the items, quantities, destination country and your preferred parcel company.

  2. Agree on the plan and fee

    We confirm availability, shopping details, local travel and our assistance fee before starting.

  3. We shop personally

    You pay the shops and any packaging provider directly. We share their exact bills.

  4. Handover to your chosen courier

    You pay the parcel company directly against its exact bill. Our task is complete at handover; that company handles overseas transit.

Estimated assistance fee: ₹399

Up to 2 shops and 90 minutes. Extra assistance is ₹75 per additional 30 minutes, agreed first. Local travel is charged separately at ₹15/km for the first 10 km and ₹12 per additional km. Purchases, packaging and international shipping are extra.

Sending pickles abroad?

Choose from our Sai Lakshmi menu. Domestic postage is included in food prices; abroad courier charges are extra. The chosen courier must confirm which items it can accept for your destination.
