Clear expectations, before we start.

Quotes and payment

A request is not a confirmed booking until availability, scope and price are agreed. Our fee is due after completion by PhonePe or cash. Purchases, packaging, courier charges and other third-party costs are separate and are paid against the bills shared with you.

Cancellation

You may cancel without our service fee before work starts. Once work begins, agreed work already completed and non-refundable third-party expenses remain payable. If we cannot complete a task, we will explain the position and agree any amount due fairly.

Service limits

We may refuse illegal, unsafe, restricted, fragile or unsuitable items and tasks outside the selected service area. We do not provide emergency response, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice or guaranteed courier transit times. Contact emergency services or a qualified professional where appropriate.

Partners and assistants

Join Us applications are reviewed before approval. Where the task requires it, we may check relevant experience, vehicle or licence information separately. Application submission does not guarantee work or employment.

Locations and timing

Google Maps links help us quote routes but do not guarantee access or exact travel time. Availability can be affected by traffic, weather, business hours and third-party delays.
