How we use your information.

We collect details you provide in an account, service request, Join Us application or feedback form so we can respond, coordinate work, keep operational records and improve the service.

What we collect

This can include your name, mobile number, an unreadable salted password hash if you register, selected city, service area, request details, preferred date and time, parcel map links, application details and feedback. Please do not submit identity numbers or medical records.

Where it goes

Records, customer accounts and sign-in sessions are stored in the website’s secured hosted database. Only the authorised A to Z Services admin can open the full tracker. When you choose a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens a prepared message for the selected city; you must tap Send, and WhatsApp’s privacy terms then apply.

How long we keep it

We keep records only as reasonably needed for service coordination, accounts, safety, disputes and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to records we must retain. Contact the relevant city team through our Contact Us page.
